8. Stop Drinking Alcohol
Alcohol increases appetite. After you drink alcohol, you consume more then you would normally consume without alcohol. It is harder to stay disciplined when you are drunk. Don’t forget that alcohol has calories too, and they aren’t easy to digest.
Alcohol can damage stomach, kidney, and liver and even small amounts make these organs weaker. You want your liver to run at full speed to help you digest and burn fat, not alcohol.
Alcohol will also lower your testosterone level making it harder for you to gain lean muscle and burn fat.
Remember, your goal is to turn your body into fat burning machine, not alcohol burning machine.
